Subscription Refunds
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
- After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Service Errors or Downtime
If Jong experiences significant technical downtime, we may offer partial credits or refunds at our discretion.
