Subscription Refunds

  • You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
  • After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Service Errors or Downtime

If Jong experiences significant technical downtime, we may offer partial credits or refunds at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team at support@jongapp.com  with your account details and reason for requesting a refund. We will review your request within 5 business days.
